New, unopened products (in the original packaging) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery.

Sorry, but you can’t return opened boxed software or used textile garments such as the Zephyr™ strap. And shipping and handling charges aren’t refundable.

After the returns department confirms receipt of the merchandise, any credit and tax due to you will be processed. But you may not see it right away because your financial institution can take five to seven business days to process and post the transaction.

TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Step 1: Request a return material authorization (RMA) number by emailing zephyrperformancesupport@medtronic.com.

You’ll need an RMA number to return or exchange merchandise.

Step 2: Prepare the package.
Place the product in its original packaging along with all items that came with it. Remove, mark out or cover the original shipping labels and apply a new label.

Write the RMA number you were given on the outside of the package. For example, RMA R123456789. If you’re exchanging something, the replacement item will be shipped after receipt of the returned product.
